The Animal Science Center for Animal Welfare, including the Makagon Lab, hosted animal welfare scientists from CSIRO, Armidale for a 2-day workshop. The two teams met to identify areas for future collaboration, as part of the initiative to build relationships between our two institutions. All members of the Makagon Lab were in attendance, as well as members of the Tucker Lab, Blatchford Lab, Horback Lab and Watters Lab from UC Dvais. The CSIRO team included Dr. Caroline Lee, Dr. Dana Campbell and PhD student Jessica Monk.
